This is workout #2 for Jaselyn.  Like many competitors, Jaselyn is a proud member of the Oklahoma State University Pom Squad.  This workout was designed to help her continue to work on her pageant look while being supplemental to her required Pom squad workouts that were more focused just on legs and core. This workout was designed to work around those Pom workouts along with helping her be her best at Saturday games during football season. This workout will improve your cardiovascular strength and overall endurance while helping improve your symmetry if you are focusing a lot on lower body due to a sport or other workout.  Enjoy this second phase workout that Jaselyn as she continued her journey to Miss Teen USA 2023.
