This is the 2nd workout and nutrition plan in a system that she started following several months prior to her prep for Miss USA. This workout was a big, next step to her adding more shape and tone to her body.  This was a perfect program to split up her workouts into different body parts to space out her time in the gym and maximize recovery. Adding muscle tone, added shape and symmetry to her long, lean body. Cardio was also stepped up to keep her body fat low and provide that “long and lean” look that is essential as we add the muscle tone.
